There are four areas in Kansas City and one shared service body.
- UKCANA – United Kansas City Narcotics Anonymous, meetings generally within city limits of KCMO
- HANA – Heartland Area of Narcotics Anonymous, serving meetings in the state of Kansas.
- NANA – Northland Area of Narcotics Anonymous, serving North Kansas City and northern suburbs.
- WCMNA – West Central Missouri area of Narcotics Anonymous, serving south and eastern KCMO suburbs in Missouri.
- Shared Services Committee – Responsible for phone line, directory printing and this website. The Shared Services Committee meets the quarterly on the second Sunday at 2pm via Zoom on the following months: February, May, August, and November via Zoom on the second Sunday @ 2pm.
